Vienna conference on integration

At the invitation of Foreign Minister of Austria, Sebastian Kurz, Undersecretary of State, Elżbieta Bojanowska, took part in the Vienna Future Talks, which took place on 23 January this year in Vienna.

During the conference, ministers discussed integration in the context of sharing values and education.

Deputy Minister Bojanowska emphasised that involvement of all interested participants of integration activities is important, since only then effective management of these processes is possible. “We have the right to require that foreigners learn the language and respect the applicable norms, customs and values, and comply with the law in force.They should obligatorily learn all the elements of the legal system of a given country, as well as culture and values,” she said at the conference.
